Ha! I'm the same way when it comes to efficiency and systems. Most of the post offices that I go to here in the states are fantastic and pretty efficient, but there's one by my house that just kills me. Every time I go in, there will be a decent line (5-10 people), but somehow it usually takes 30-45 minutes before they even get to me - with 4 post office employees manning their stations. The employees are extremely slow, disgruntled, and always seem confused, and as far as I know, they've been working there for at least the past 3-5 years. I just don't understand how people can work a job for that long and still be absolutely confused all the time.

That's my vent. I totally know where you're coming from.

Hang in there, bud!
