Do you ship internationally?

Yep.


What kind of shirts do you print on?

All shirts in the store are printed on all-cotton American Apparel shirts. They’re typicaly softer and longer than other tee brands, and they’re sweatshop-free, too. (Note: shirts may shrink slightly after washing since they are not preshrunk.) For specific sizing guides, see the product pages. They’ll have links to the official sites with all the info you need.


Any special washing instructions?

Designs will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed inside-out in cold water. Be sure to wash darks and lights separately, and don’t iron the design or have the shirt dry cleaned! Also, hang-drying the shirts is preferable, but not really necessary.


AH! I made a mistake, how can I change my order?

Contact me immediately!. I’ll do my best to fix the error. Keep in mind, however, that orders that have already been processed cannot be changed. In this case you’ll just have to send it back once you receive it. Unfortunately I won’t be able to reimburse the shipping charges, but I’ll do my best to get you exactly what you need.


Why has it been so long without any new Linty Fresh designs?

For the time being, I’m focusing on the manufacture and release of Linty Fresh’s first board game, HEXICA. However, I hope to release more apparel soon, when Linty Fresh can get fully back on its feet!


I’m poor! Can I get a discount?

Most coupons are posted in advance on my blog, so be sure to check that regularly. You can even RSS it if it strikes your fancy. Typically, coupons are released for specific dates and times, so if you can manage to keep up to date with the posts, you should be due for a discount sooner or later, as I like to host sales often.


How long do orders take to ship?

Generally, domestic orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed and take 3 or 4 days to arrive. International orders can take 1-3 days to ship. International delivery times will range from 1-2 weeks, depending on where you are. Of course, none of these are guarantees, so it’d be a good idea to allow a week for your domestic order to arrive after being placed and 2-3 weeks for an international order. If you need it sooner than that, contact me directly for additional shipping methods.


What happens if I want to return a shirt?

If you’ve received the wrong product or the shirt is defective, please contact me immediately and we can arrange for an exchange.


What forms of payment do you accept?

Our payment system is handled through Paypal, but even if you don’t have a Paypal account you can still send money through its system by credit card or bank account.


How secure is this store?

Since this store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available), it’s very secure.


So where do you get your packaging/other items made?

Like a fancy-schmancy chef that doesn’t reveal his recipes, I gotta keep some secrets, ya know?


What happened to Linty Fresh? Why did it close in 2011?

In the summer of 2011 I was forced to put Linty Fresh on hold due to management problems. Since orders had no way of being fulfilled, there was simply no way to keep it going. I had to close it’s doors and even refund several customers who had been waiting on orders that weren’t shipped. For those who were inconvenienced by this, I sincerely apologize.

However, in 2012 I was able to partner with a distributor that now professionally handles the shipment of all Linty Fresh orders. Since these are also the good people who produce all Linty Fresh tees, I have a lot of trust in them doing a spectacular job!
